Kanye is pushing the album up to November. Although Love Lockdown was a pretty big disappointment, I look forward to the limits Kanye will push and exceed with 808's & Heartbreaks! Kanye simply had this to say:

I CHANGED MY ALBUM TO NOVEMBER SOMETHING CAUSE I FINISHED THE ALBUM AND I FELT LIKE IT.. I WANT YA'LL TO HEAR IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
